Terms & Conditions
Terms for using the flexd website, public demo and enquiry forms.
Last updated: 20 October 2026
About these terms
These terms cover the flexd website and public interactive demo. flexd is operated by flexd Limited. Business address: to be confirmed. Contact us using our enquiry form.
The site introduces a platform for flexible workspace operators and commercial property agents. A paid subscription or private pilot requires a separate agreement covering the service, fees and responsibilities. Browsing this website or requesting a demo does not create a subscription.
Website information and demos
Some capabilities described on the website are planned or in development. Live inventory connections, calendar integrations and automated notifications are not currently connected. Please confirm availability and implementation scope with us before relying on a proposed feature.
The public demo uses example opportunities, fictional building names and an anonymised stock snapshot. Its availability, rates, dates and commercial terms are illustrative and require independent confirmation. Example stories and generated imagery are not customer endorsements or evidence of achieved results.
Public demo changes are stored in your browser. Do not enter confidential client information or real personal data into that demo. Demo actions do not send referrals, contact operators, reserve space or book viewings.
Enquiries and commercial arrangements
When you send an enquiry, please provide accurate business contact details and only information you are entitled to share. We will use them to respond and discuss a demo or pricing. Submitting a form does not book an appointment or authorise payment.
flexd does not act as a property agent, landlord or party to an office agreement through this website. Agents and operators must agree their own introductions, commission, due diligence, availability and occupancy terms. No property or commission agreement is formed by using the public demo.
Acceptable use
You may use the website for lawful business research and enquiries. Do not attempt unauthorised access, interfere with the service, introduce malicious code, impersonate another person, submit spam or extract other users’ private information. Any access to a restricted workspace is personal to an authorised user and subject to its permissions.
Content and intellectual property
Our branding, original copy, interface designs and website materials belong to us or our licensors. You may view them and share links for legitimate purposes. Please obtain permission before reproducing substantial materials, using our branding commercially or suggesting an endorsement. Third-party names and trademarks belong to their owners; references do not imply a partnership.
Availability and responsibility
We aim to keep the website useful and accurate, but it may change, be unavailable or contain errors. Website content is general information, not property, investment or legal advice. Confirm material details with the relevant operator or professional adviser.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for business losses arising from reliance on illustrative website or demo content, or for independent third-party services. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability or statutory right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Privacy and external websites
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information and optional analytics. External websites have their own terms and privacy practices.
Changes and applicable law
We may update these website terms as flexd develops. The date at the top identifies the current version. Existing service agreements are changed only in accordance with their own terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have non-exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights you have to another court or under the laws where you live.
